Hey everyone! Just wanted to post an update to my maddess that is the immigration process.
I checked my e-cas today to find this *bolded* message:
Permanent Residence
We received 's application for permanent residence on September 21, 2005.
We started processing 's application on November 17, 2005.
Medical results have been received.
We received the requested information from on January 31, 2006.
We sent a letter on May 09, 2006 to Ontario, Canada , about approval in principle for to become a Permanent Resident of Canada. If we have sent the letter to the wrong address, please contact us.
We sent a letter on June 29, 2006 to Ontario, Canada about the decision on the application. If we have sent the letter to the wrong address, please contact us.
*bounces and screams*
For a little background, this is a same sex spousal appliation from INSIDE canada.
We are SO excited and SO glad this is nearly over. Now we just have to wait for the letter and find out where the landing interview will be held and get it all finalized!! YIPEE!!!!
*dances* This is SUCH a great start to our canada day weekend!!! LOL

Wow... what can I say?
Today makes one year since my wife and I said "I do." It's the most amazing feeling to sit and think "holy crap an entire year has gone by." In some instances, it feels like it's been years longer, and in others, we can't think of where the year went.
For a brief lowdown of our story, we met in Sept of 2002 online on the Kitten Board dedicated to Buffy's Willow/Tara fan fic. There was immediate chemistry and attraction. We had hard couple years, both of us made some choices we regret, we hurt some people that never should have gotten hurt, all because we were mixed up and unsure. But finally in 2004 we made it right and became official. I visited her here in canada 4 times, and she came to the states for a few weeks to visit. I actually proposed in October of 2004, but over Christmas with her, Christmas Eve night, I officially proposed with ring and all. She said yes *again* hehe, and then in May I came to officially live here with her in Ontario.
We married on June 2nd, around friends and family and had the most amazing time. I was more nervous than I had ever been in my entire life...I was shaking, visibly so, but one look from her and the feel of her hands calmed me, yet my heart still raced. It was AMAZING. *sighs*
-On a gruff note, Immigration is SLOW and aggrivating.-
But now, one year later, it's nearly 100% complete, we have a nice big apartment, two adorable cats, two full time jobs, and a love to last a lifetime...and beyond. *smiles*
I love you, Ernestine. You are my one and only, my forever and my always. You give my life meaning and joy. You fill the void that was in my heart for so long. You put me back together. May we have many many more years to come, to celebrate our life and love together, with our children surrounding us with love and laughter. And when the time comes, may we leave this world together. Je T'aime

So I decided I wanted to make a new LJ to play around with the S2 layouts...

NEXT MONTH IS OUR ONE YEAR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY!!!! OMG can you believe it? A YEAR MARRIED! FUCKIN' A!!!
ANNNNND EJ's birthday is on the 26th! and I have a surprise in store for her... kinda of a birthday/anniversary gift since her birthday and our anniversary are only a week apart LOL
and ofcourse, I have her a gift.. :D well, to give her on our anniversary that is. She already got her birthday present! And yes, she loves her ipod. LOL
Anyway, i'm out. Gotta go pick do some laundry, then go pick up my baby for our lunch date :D

Peyton and Brooke's friendship is tested... Well about Pucas of course! She admitted to Brooke, UP FRONT about still having feelings for Lucas... so the question is... does Brooke catch any smooches going on, or is it simply about the feelings....?
Deb tells Dan.. hmm interesting.. and I think Dan freaks out cause he thought it was Keith all along, and it wasn't. Oh look fucker, you killed your brother cause you thought he tried to kill you. I think maybe Dan goes a little nutso and perhaps he was in the limo when it went over, hence Nathan jumping in to try and save him (lucas saved him at the fire..).. tho I think it was a woman driving.. Deb?
As far as Karen finding herself needing Keith more... DUH because she's pregnant with his baby.
Yeah so anyway.. that's my thought on this little teaser. Tho I imagine Nathan will end up in the hospital, but it would be flat out stupid to kill a main character. On their wedding day. That's too cliche.
Any thoughts?!
